Sent here when the urgent care Iwas athad their xray machine break mid exam. Showed upto afull waiting room thinking I'd bethere all day but Iwas checkedin, seen and onmy way all inless than 45minutes. Staff was nice and place isclean.

The first thing Idon't like isa little signs toparking ofcustomers obviously somany time any person deducted ohI can use the parking next tothe building but when you goin alot ofsigns said the not authorized vehicle gotowed,the technician isvery appreciated his job just the girl onthe front desk isvery disappointed with the customers

Fire Truck came and Alarm
Weoff.. the young lady must say she isvery professional inher job she Expedite everybody out ofthe officewhere the exam for the MIR she explain why .then after 20mins she gotten everybody back inthe office like nothing happened I’ll take myhead off lady ofthe hour that knows what she’s doing atall times00

At first Iwas not sure ofthis place. Idrove down twice and Iwas not able toget myradiology done. Ihad called inadvance but there was noanswer.
I was then able toget myradiology through awalk intype appointment. Although itwas awalkin, the process moved efficiently from the receptionist and paperwork tothe X-Ray tech.
About 10day later Ineeded anUltrasound.
I called tomake anappointment but this time acall center representative answered the phone. Weset upan appointment barley giving meenough time toget there.
Due totraffic Iwas horribly late. Gofigure! Igot tothe office, explained what happened and the receptionist started the paperwork. AsI was filling out the paperwork the call center rep called and verified mystory. Ifelt much less stressed due tothe rep following upto get mein.
During the Ultrasound the tech saw something inanother organ which didnot, and was not correct.
She skillfully finished myUltrasound but she changed some ofthe angles she used toshow these irregularities.
Two days later Igot acall from myDoctors office asking meto immediately goto anyER.
This was due tothe imaging done bythe tech.
I had serious issues with four organs, three ofwhich showed upin the imaging.
Without personal details Ican not help but feel she helped prevent perminant damage tomy organs and the possibility ofa fatal ending.
I can not thank the call center, receptionist, and tech enough.
The process which management put inplace worked forme.

I arrived early and was seen almost immediately.
The receptionist and the technicians were all very courteous, now I'm just waiting onthe results.00

they were quick toget mein for myMRI but once Iwas inthey put mein the MRI machine and Iwas getting scans ofmy foot witch they wedged inwell but then they never put anything under myknee soit was quite uncomfortable bending the otherway. Ialso never got ablanket oranything and itwas cold soI had trouble not shivering.
